We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Wyndris location.
Schedule: This is position works Monday-Friday 9am-3pm (30 hours per week) and is benefit eligible.

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support, exemplary customer service and various administrative tasks as a support to the tenants and staff at Wyndris.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer savvy in other programs.
• Demonstrate tact, dependability, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to work with little supervision and make appropriate judgments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to work as a team member and adapt to changes in work assignments.
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to display a professional, calm, courteous manner.
