Overview

We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for our Assisted Living Facility!

 

Schedule:  This is a 64 hours Per Pay Period M-TH position, with hours of 8:30am-5pm!

About our community:

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.

Responsibilities

  • Customer/resident relations: serves as front desk receptionist, answers phones, assists residents and problem solves as needed, coordinates providers coming into the community
  • May assist with coordination of employee functions: tracking annual performance reviews, coordination of documentation and tracking for compliance
  • Assists with billing, deposits, invoice processing
  • Assists with marketing functions: prepares marketing and leasing folders, may schedule and conduct tours of the community
  • Provides administrative support to all departments of the facility

Qualifications

  • Outstanding customer service, ability to display a professional, calm and courteous manner at all times
  • Working knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and well developed organizational skills are required
  • Ability to multitask with efficiency and accuracy
  • Preferred skills: experience in a Long-Term Care or Assisted Living Setting; experience with Eldermark/Educare software
