Overview

 We are seeking a Housekeeper for our Assisted Living Facility!

 

Schedule includes Monday through Friday during general business hours, No weekends or on-call requirements

About our community

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care and adult day services.

 

Responsibilities

    • Cleans and vacuums common areas on a daily basis. 
    • Cleans resident’s rooms, including bathrooms and replenish supplies on a daily basis. Dusts vents, light fixtures, and doors. Wet/dry mop tile floors and vacuum carpets.
    • Cleans equipment and housekeeping room.  Keeps housekeeping cart stocked with supplies. Replace vacuum bags and filters. 
    • Demonstrates sensitivity to resident’s needs and maintain a kind and respectful manner. 
    • Perform all duties in a manner that is consistent with quality standards, infection control, and safety measures, which includes using Standard Precautions, at all times.

Qualifications

  • Have the ability to work independently and dependably to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas and resident living areas.
  • Reading, writing and speaking English is a requirement of the position.
