Overview

We are seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) for our Assisted Living facilities in NE Minneapolis!

 

We currently have limited openings for Mornings (7a to 3p), Evenings (3p to 11p) or Overnights (11p to 7a). All block schedules include every other weekend (Saturday AND Sunday) and alternate holiday rotation. On-call (no guaranteed hours) is also available. 

 


All HHAs must be at least 18 years old for our facility.

Responsibilities

The Home Health Aide is a key team member who provides direct personal care to our residents to help ensure their dignity and quality of life.  Under the supervision of a RN the Home Health Aide assists residents to complete activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, giving medications, and feeding.

Qualifications

  • Experience as home health aide, personal care attendant or DSP preferred but not required. 
  • Must accurately and dependably administer medication. 
  • Advanced reading, writing, and speaking in English.
  • Ability to work independently to meet resident needs. 
  • Ability to work with colleagues and residents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, bend, sit, and stand during every shift.
