Overview

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for our Long-Term Care facility in NE Minneapolis!

 

Schedule: We currently have ON-CALL openings which could include Mornings (6:30am to 2:30pm), Evenings (2:30pm to 10:30pm) or Overnights (10:30pm-6:30am). Minimum pickup and training requirements apply. 

All CNA's must be at least 18 years old for our facility.

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.

Responsibilities

The Nursing Assistant is a key team member who provides direct personal care to our residents to help ensure their dignity and quality of life. Under the supervision of a RN, the Nursing Assistant assists residents complete activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, feeding.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be on the State of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry and maintain enrollment. Pay rate will be dependent on time licensed. 

  • Ability to work independently and dependably to deliver care that meets resident needs. 

  • Ability to work with colleagues and residents from diverse backgrounds. 

  • Advanced reading, writing, and speaking in English is a requirement of this position.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds, push, pull, sit, stand, and crouch.
