Housekeeper - Assisted Living - Days Monday-Friday

 We are seeking a Housekeeper for our Assisted Living Facility! 

Schedule includes No weekends or on-call requirements! Hours 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

About our community:

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.

• Clean and vacuum common areas on a daily basis. 
• Cleans resident rooms and bathrooms and replenish supplies on a daily basis. Dust vents, light fixtures, and doors. Wet/dry mop tile floors and vacuum carpets.
• Clean equipment and housekeeping room.  Keeps housekeeping cart stocked with supplies. Replace vacuum bags and filters. 
• Demonstrate sensitivity to resident needs and maintain a kind and respectful manner. 
• Perform all duties in a manner that is consistent with quality standards, infection control, and safety measures, which includes using Standard Precautions. 

• • Experience as housekeeper preferred but not required. 
  • At least intermediate to advanced reading, writing, and speaking in English.
  • Ability to work independently to meet resident needs. 
  • Ability to work with colleagues and residents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds regularly, push, pull, bend, sit, and stand during every shift.
