We are seeking an on-call Receptionist for our Long Term Care and Assisted Living Facilities!
Schedule: this is an on-call postion. This position does not have a set schedule hours or minimum hours.

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.
In this role you will greet, welcome, and direct visitors, family members and residents who enter our community. Your smile will make someone's day! In addition to greeting people you will operate the phone console to answer incoming calls, answer questions and help direct people to the appropriate department, person or resource. This position will also perform a variety of clerical duties to assist in the operation of the facility.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• One year or more of Customer Service experience.
• Computer experience and comfort with digital security systems.
• Must have intermediate to advanced skills in written and spoken English.
• Must be able to pass NetStudy background check.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with a complex phone system.
• Experience in a Nursing Home or Assisted Living setting.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Excellent verbal skills with ability to interact with residents, family, and staff in a positive, professional manner, especially while under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
