Overview

This position is located at Epiphany Senior Housing in Coon Rapids, and is unique because it does NOT include an on-call commitment, as the community utilizes a third-party triage on-call service. We are also offering a $2500 sign on bonus!

Schedule:  This is a full time, exempt position. This position typically works business hours M-F.

About our community:

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis and the northern Metro area, offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Health Services (DHS), you oversee the provision and quality of Assisted Living services for our managed community, Epiphany Senior Housing, which has 22 Memory Care apartments within two neighborhoods, and about 50 Assisted Living apartments. This position oversees other registered nurses, scheduling coordinator, and home health aides, and is responsible for leadership, training, updating policies and procedures, and overall health care services that are provided for our Assisted Living residents.

 

You will work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Catholic Eldercare team to maintain and update Assisted Living policies and procedures, conduct audits, and assure that relationships and customer service with residents, staff and families is top notch.

 

Qualifications

  • Current RN license to practice in the State of Minnesota, in good standing
  • 3-5 years experience in nursing management, preferably in Assisted Living
