Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist.

 

Schedule: Workdays include every other weekend rotation and alternating holiday rotation. The position is scheduled for 16 hours per biweekly pay period.

About our community:

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.

Responsibilities

In this role you will greet, welcome, and direct visitors, family members and residents who enter our community. Your smile will make someone's day! In addition to greeting people you will operate the phone console to answer incoming calls, answer questions and help direct people to the appropriate department, person or resource. This position will also perform a variety of clerical duties to assist in the operation of the facility.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office. 
  • Good verbal & written communications skills and ability to interact with other staff & elderly residents.
  • Must have the ability to work with frequent interruptions and the ability to display a professional, calm, courteous manner at all times.
