Schedule: On-call expectation of 2 shifts every 30 days and 1 holiday per year. 

 

Nurses must possess a minimum of one-year experience as an RN.

About our community:

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.

Responsibilities

The RN is a key team member who is responsible to meet the needs of the resident by following the plan of care, rounding to observe resident physical and psychosocial status and reporting and responding to changes in condition as appropriate. The RN plans, directs and carries out shift routines as well as directing, observing and evaluating the work of personnel on their unit. 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Current RN license to practice in the State of Minnesota.

  • Nurses must possess a minimum of one-year experience as an RN. 
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation nursing concepts.

  • Clinically competent to utilize the nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments of residents.

  • Ability to meet physical demands of position including visual and auditory acuity.

  • Reading, writing and speaking English is a requirement of the position.
